I'Onissimo! Amphitheater Chair

Royall Hardware produces chair to benefit I'Onissimo!

I'Onissimo! Amphitheater Chair in UseI’Onissimo! and Royall Hardware of Mt. Pleasant are pleased to announce the Blue Ridge Chair company has crafted a special hardwood and cordura nylon breakdown chair designed especially for use at the Lakeside Mt. Pleasant Amphitheater on Westlake I’On Village.

Image, Left, Jennifer Graziano, of I'On, models the chair.

The chair sits neighborly low to the ground, so as not to block the view of those seated behind. Its legs have been sized to sit comfortably on the grassy incline of the hillside.

The hardwood chair breaks down into a flat package with a convenient shoulder strap for carrying from home while still leaving one hand free for the picnic basket.

The I’On Green fabric of the comfortable backrest bears the proud column logo of I’Onissimo! The green won’t show dirt and the logo displays community pride in the vital community music tradition of I’On Village and Mt. Pleasant.

To reserve your chair, contact Royall Hardware at 883 Ben Sawyer Blvd. Mount Pleasant, SC, Tel (843) 884-2551.

I'Onissimo! Amphitheater ChairA portion of the proceeds from the chairs will go to support I’Onissimo! and to pay for construction of an enlarged acoustic shell for the amphitheater.

The first order of 12 chairs have arrived at Royall Hardware and are available for purchase.  The chairs make wonderful gifts for people who enjoy music.

Image, Right, Jennifer shows how the chair can be carried using the built in shoulder strap.

The chairs are also presented to donors who sponsor an I'Onissimo! concert with a donation of $250 or more.

These chairs have been designed as part of a general "More Sound, Less Ground, Move on Down" program to enhance the audience experience at I'Onissimo! Amphitheater Concerts.  The new acoustic shell focuses and projects the sound of the musicians.  The chairs provide seating adapted for the amphitheater's underutilized slope where ordinary chairs don't work, allowing the audience to get off the ground which wet weather often leaves damp and allows them to move down the hill for a better view and hearing of the performance.

The Cost of the Chair is $44.97, not including tax.  If you have any other hardware needs, you will find the staff at Royall to be the most patient and attentive in Town.
